Meet Pamela Butler – Founder & Chief Happiness Officer of The Beauty Patrol

With over 20 years of experience, Pamela Butler is a highly respected and accomplished professional makeup artist whose passion for beauty and people inspired her to create The Beauty Patrol. Driven by a commitment to excellence, Pamela ensures every client’s experience meets her impeccably high standards. While working independently was always an option, Pamela’s love for collaboration and teamwork led her to build a talented team of beauty professionals who share her vision of making clients look and feel their best.

Pamela’s career spans a diverse range of experiences, blending her artistry with business savvy cultivated through roles with leading cosmetic brands and high-profile clients. Her impressive portfolio includes work with Cosmopolitan Magazine, Netflix, Vogue Online, Churchill Downs Magazine, Tops Magazine, The Voice-Tribune, and global brands like MAC, Estée Lauder, Lancôme, Christian Dior, and Too Faced. She has also lent her talents to television networks, including NBC and TLC.

A multi-year award-winning artist, Pamela has earned The Knot’s Best of Weddings Award every year from 2013 to 2024 and was inducted into The Knot Hall of Fame, a testament to her exceptional service and glowing client reviews.

Pamela’s expertise extends beyond bridal beauty to photography, film, runway, commercial, and television makeup artistry. She works both locally and nationally, delivering professional, creative, and personalized beauty services to a wide variety of clients.

Known for her nurturing spirit and sense of humor, Pamela creates a fun, relaxed atmosphere wherever she goes. When she’s not busy making magic with makeup, she enjoys life on her mini farm with her husband and family.

Laura Conard is a true people person and a lover of all things pretty and shiny! So naturally, Laura is right at home in the World of Weddings. She was a bride herself 20+ years ago and a mother to two fabulous young ladies. Laura is a 20+ year accomplished Master Hairdresser and Colorist with a busy salon career. Laura loves traveling (everywhere) to continue her education in Hair Cutting, Coloring and of course Styling. She gets all giggly while creating the Hair Goals for each Bride she meets!

Jeni is a Beauty Patrol makeup artist based in Lexington but she loves to travel too. She enjoys having the latest makeup items in her arsenal of cosmetic. Jeni loves a glam makeup and she will be your biggest hype gal for your special event. Jeni is also a nurse, married with two children. 

From the moment she could hold a lipstick, Elizabeth was hooked, and she became to go to makeup artist for her friends.  For her it isn’t about vanity – it’s about creativity, confidence, and fun. Elizabeth sees unique beauty and every person and loves enhancing it in a way that feels authentic. Her goal? To leave you looking and feeling like the most confident, glowing version of yourself.

With her passion always being in the arts, entering the beauty industry was a no-brainer. After apprenticing with a fellow member of The Beauty Patrol for some time she became a freelance makeup artist with experience ranging from Photography, Events, Models and her favorite Weddings. Having a bride look into the mirror on her wedding day smiling ear to ear and tears in her eye is an amazing feeling. You help amplify happiness on one of the most important days of her life. Lyndsey can also offer cosmetic tattoos. 

Jessica has been a licensed hairstylist for just over 10 years and has been involved with wedding styles from earlier than that. Coming from a family of hairstylists, she knew at an early age how special it is to help someone feel great about themselves and be involved in such a big life moment. Jessica opened a salon called SAINT in January 2019 to have the ability to control, cultivate, and customize her guest's experience in the salon and during their weddings and events. Jessica loves being able to service brides through colors, cut, extensions, and styling to ensure they feel the most beautiful and comfortable on their big day. Jessica is all about lived-in color, textured haircuts, and effortless updos. She wants the color to be melty and dimensional; styles to be soft and chic. Her work has been featured in few local publications and online such as Louisville Wedding Mag, Louisville Bride,  The Voice Tribune, Style Blueprint, Tops Louisville, and Green Wedding Shoes. 

Identifying as an aesthetic creative, Kenzie found a natural fit in the wedding industry. She attended makeup courses in 2016 at Faces by Kathy Moberly and soon after became immersed in bridal makeup. She now has 4+ years of experience in bridal makeup and also has experience in runway and editorial makeup. Realizing how passionate she was about wedding aesthetics, Kenzie didn’t stop at just makeup - she is also a calligrapher and in 2017 opened her calligraphy shop, The Wispy Diary. She now offers both makeup and calligraphy services for all of her wedding parties. She absolutely loves every part of her profession, stating; “I get to help women feel beautiful on the most important day of their life, seriously - my job is a dream!”

Sarah has a long standing love of makeup. She joined The Beauty Patrol after turning her passion into career. Sarah is a key player on the team by staying on top of new products that help her clients achieve their beauty goals. She loves doing beautiful natural and natural glam bridal makeup.
